• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time of the event.

• Each ticket admits one person only.

2. Entry Rules

• The organizing team reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of event rules.

• Alcohol, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.

3. Liability Disclaimer

• By attending this event, you agree that the organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

• Attendees are responsible for their own safety and conduct during the event.

4. Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• By entering, you consent to the use of your image in future event promotions.

5. Event Changes

• The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• If the event is canceled, refunds will be issued at the organizers’ discretion.

6. Payment & Chargeback Policy

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree that the ticket price is non-refundable and understand that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid reason may result in permanent ban from future events.

• Any attempt to fraudulently reclaim payment through the bank, credit card, or payment processor will be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
